PERFORMANCE ENTRY

ESSENTIAL
2-hour shoot / 1 song. 1 location + optional 2nd nearby location. 1 music video up to 4 minutes. Basic planning, lighting and color. 1 teaser up to 30 seconds / 1 revision round.
CREATIVE
4-hour shoot / up to 2 nearby locations, optional 3rd within the booked time. Concept + shot plan / 1 film up to 4 minutes. 2 social teasers up to 30 seconds each. Advanced edit + color / 2 revision rounds.
SIGNATURE
6-hour shoot / up to 3 approved locations. Treatment + direction / 1 film up to 5 minutes. 3 social teasers up to 30 seconds each. Expanded lighting + edit / 2 revision rounds.
EXPERIENCE
Custom production for a larger vision. Crew, shoot days, set design and effects are priced to the approved plan; not a fixed bundle.
Locations are approved within booked time, including setup and travel. Access fees and extra time are quoted separately.

SHORT STORY
3–5 minute documentary / up to 4 hours filming. 1 principal interview / 1 location + on-site B-roll. Pre-interview + story outline / edit, sound + color. 1 trailer up to 30 seconds / 2 revision rounds.
EXPANDED STORY
6–12 minute documentary / up to 8 hours filming. Up to 3 interviews / up to 2 nearby locations. Story development + B-roll / edit, sound + color. 1 trailer up to 30 seconds / 2 revision rounds.
Feature films, series and archive-heavy stories receive a custom proposal. Extra shoot days, travel, archive research and licensing are quoted separately.
The event ends. The story lives.

Selected-moment coverage. Full-program recording, extra crew, dedicated photos, livestreams, rush edits and multi-day events are custom-quoted.

60 minutes. A focused planning session with written next steps. Optional after your intake. The fee is credited once toward an approved production if you book.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
One creative brief with up to 2 concept directions.
TREATMENT / SCRIPT
Up to 2 pages for one film up to 3 minutes.
CONTENT STRATEGY
One platform: 3 pillars, 12 ideas, a monthly outline.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

Locations beyond tier allowance, travel/access costs, rentals, crew, talent, licensing, extended usage and complex effects are custom-quoted. Raw files exclude editing projects.
Clarity protects the experience.
Prices are in USD. A proposal confirms scope, dates and costs. Each main video has one agreed format. Shoots are continuous visits unless quoted otherwise; setup and travel between locations count toward booked time.
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes. New concepts, reshoots, added versions and expanded scope are quoted separately.
You provide rights and permissions for supplied music, images and other materials. Talent, rentals and licenses are separate when needed.
Delivery dates are agreed before booking. Late materials or feedback may move them. Files are retained for 30 days after final delivery; download and back up your work.
New Castle County, Delaware is the standard service area. Travel and access costs elsewhere are quoted. Limited bookings are subject to availability.

For one-time production, an approved agreement and 50% deposit reserve the date. The balance is due before final delivery.
We plan, produce, review and deliver. Creative Access has a 3-month commitment, billed monthly in advance. Planning sessions are prepaid.

One continuous shoot at one location. All videos are vertical with captions, basic titles and 1 revision round. Posting, account management and ad spend are separate.
SOCIAL SESSION

CONTENT DAY
LIMITED BOOKINGS3-hour shoot / 6 videos up to 45 seconds each. Shot list + planning for one focused batch.
CAMPAIGN CONTENT
4-hour shoot / 8 videos up to 60 seconds each. One campaign concept + 5 edited photos.
Split dates/visits: custom quote for extra travel, setup and scheduling; deliverable totals stay the same.
A monthly rhythm. Build consistency.
A 3-month commitment, billed monthly in advance. All video and photo counts are totals per month.
EDITED ACCESS

CAPTURE ACCESS
WE FILM + EDIT — LIMITED BOOKINGS3-month total: $3,000. 1 continuous shoot up to 2 hours / 1 location. 6 videos up to 45 seconds + 10 edited photos. Monthly shot plan / 2 delivery batches. Captions + basic titles / 1 revision round per batch.
CREATOR ACCESS
WE FILM + EDIT3-month total: $5,550. 1 continuous shoot up to 4 hours / 1 location. 10 videos up to 60 seconds + 15 edited photos. Monthly shot plan / 2 delivery batches. Captions + basic titles / 1 revision round per batch.
BRAND ACCESS
WE FILM + EDIT3-month total: $9,600. 2 shoots up to 3 hours each / 1 location per shoot. 12 videos up to 60 seconds + 20 edited photos. Monthly shot plan + review / 2 delivery batches. Captions + basic titles / 1 revision round per batch.
Delivery batches divide the monthly total; they do not double it. Each shoot is one continuous visit. Unused capacity does not roll over unless agreed. Renewal is agreed after 3 months.
